MARSEILLE, Robert’s Manufactory Baluster-shaped topette cooler on a pedestal, polychrome decoration on one side depicting a young woman seated, listening to a child playing the flute within an open medallion formed of gilded twigs, and on the other side depicting a young woman fishing, with a man seated beside her within an open medallion formed of gilded twigs. Gilded netting and twigs around the neck and three green foliage motifs with brown netting on the pedestal. Handles formed of bound branches flanked asymmetrically by two fruits with leaves in relief.
