Saint-Brieuc: Aubert, 1927. 1 volume, in-4°, modern binding in burgundy half-shagreen, ribbed spine with author’s name and title in gold. Original front cover preserved. No. 146, one of 200 copies printed on Rives paper. Beautiful two-tone woodcuts by Géo Fourrier. A few scattered pinholes. Included is one in-4° paperback volume by Anatole Le Braz titled *Triphina Keranglaz*, published in Saint-Brieuc by Aubert in 1928. Copy on Rives paper No. 69, printed especially for Mr. Léon Perrussel, a Breton bibliophile. A fine copy with a few rare pinholes, beautifully illustrated in color by Louis Garin. Finally, included is one paperback in-4° volume by Anatole Le Braz titled “Vieilles chapelles de Bretagne,” illustrated with 12 original woodcuts by Van Den Arend. Published in Paris by Albert Morancé in 1928. Spine partially detached and some pinholes on the cover; interior clean. Copy enhanced with an autograph letter from the author on small-ruled paper dated January 22, 1888. An amusing little note in which the author clarifies to a publisher that: “My first name is Anatole, which is by no means Celtic…” A lovely set.
