A collector’s edition on tinted paper from the Imperial Manufactories of Japan, a copy printed for Madame Pauline Viardot. 128 original compositions by Lobrichon, wood-engraved and printed in black; this copy on Japanese paper is accompanied by a black-and-white suite inserted within the volume. The copy is clean and free of foxing.
