Made of very fine linen damask with a striking design featuring friezes of holly leaves with a shaded effect and small berries on either side of a ribbon of trimmings with small cloisonné motifs, framed by a beaded frieze, scattered with sprigs bearing the same holly leaves and small berries. A complex monogram beneath a Comtale crown, very finely embroidered in white in one corner. Dimensions: 92 x 75 cm (excellent condition)
