Illustrated with numerous in-text drawings and lithographs by Lucien Jonas. This copy is enhanced with 3 original black-and-white drawings used to illustrate pages 149, 155, and 166. The 13 leaves at the end of the book are facsimile reproductions of various documents. Printed in a run of 110 copies on Johannot vellum. A numbered copy specially printed for the illustrator Sylvain Sauvage.
