Vacheron & Constantin - Elegant Dress Watch (*) A very elegant and sophisticated vintage Geneva dress watch Movement No. 443318, Cal. 453, Case No. 282572, Dimensions 33 mm, circa 1947, Origin: Switzerland, Original box, original gold clasp Case: 18K gold, push-back clasp. Dial: Rose-gold. Movement: Manual-winding. With its classic, understated design and silk-matte dial, this Vacheron & Constantin wristwatch exudes elegance and is reminiscent of the legendary Calatrava from Patek Philippe. This timeless classic from the late 1940s features a rose gold-plated dial with applied Arabic numerals and hour markers in yellow gold. The dial is in its original condition and features clearly raised enamel markings and a stepped rim with an outer railway-style minute track. Inside is the manual-winding Caliber 453. It is rhodium-plated and decorated with a Geneva stripe pattern. Case: very good, slightly worn. Dial: very good. Movement: very good, in working order, cleaning recommended.
