4033 - Pocket watch: gold cylinder watch with pearl setting and repeater, Teronde Alliez, circa 1780: Ca. Ø40.5mm, ca. 53g, high-quality, fantastically preserved 18K gold case; case and movement share the same number 32338, case set with pearls on both sides, case back with spring-loaded cover, dome signed, signed cylinder movement (converted from a verge escapement) with signs of repair on the pallet, which unfortunately has not been re-gilted, repeater for hours and quarters, gold engine-turned dial, steel hands, in working order.
