This is a notarial transcript of the agreements reached between the Bishop of Palencia and the Abbot of Sahagún regarding the tithes from the 45 churches belonging to the monastery within the Diocese of Palencia. It was a highly complex dispute that attracted significant attention due to ancient agreements and traditions that had to be taken into account. This is a contemporary copy, written in the same hand and bearing a signature on each page.
