Double kovcheg, egg tempera on a chalk ground. 31 x 28 cm. The slightly recessed picture field depicts Joachim and Anna bringing Mary to Zechariah in the Temple. A stylized architectural backdrop is shown in the background. The paint on the background and edges has been removed; there is rubbing, and the work has been restored.
