JAPAN, circa 1900 Sword and scabbard made of o-plates on a wooden core. Decorated with carved figures and plant motifs; the tsuba is engraved with a frieze of Greek motifs. Total length: 83 cm. The scabbard consists of five separate parts that are not attached to one another; they need to be reattached.
