LOI SUR LES ARMES À FEU DE 1968 (Telle que modifiée)
Les acheteurs doivent détenir une licence valide pour acheter l'article sur lequel ils enchérissent.
Les acheteurs privés résidant au Royaume-Uni ayant remporté avec succès un article de Section 1 ou Section 2 doivent envoyer par Courrier Recommandé leur certificat original de fusil/fusil de chasse à HOLTS avant de procéder au paiement. Le certificat sera vérifié et complété le jour de la réception et renvoyé par Courrier Recommandé, moment auquel le paiement doit être effectué. Les enchérisseurs réussissant n'ayant pas de validité sont priés de verser un dépôt de 95 % du montant de la facture, le solde restant de 5 % devant être payé une fois le certificat vérifié et complété.
REMARQUE : Conformément à la loi britannique, vous devez informer le ministère de l'Intérieur de la possession d'une arme à feu neutralisée. Un lien vers le formulaire de Notification de Possession d'une arme à feu neutralisée est disponible sur notre site web, dans la rubrique 'Acheter' sous les exigences de licence.
Les armes de calibre antique et obsolète sont vendues en tant qu'articles exempts en vertu de la Section 58 (2) de la loi sur les armes à feu de 1968, à des fins de curiosité ou d'ornement seulement. Veuillez noter qu'en enchérissant sur ces articles, vous déclarez ne pas être une personne prohibée au sens de l'article 21 de la loi sur les armes à feu de 1968 (telle que modifiée).
Les articles de Section 5 ne peuvent être enchéris que par des détenteurs de licence de Section 5 en cours, sans exception.
