Beautifully decorated with an elegant vine and lead motif and a spiral pattern. On top is a large alabaster shade, which accommodates three bulbs. The object is in very good condition. ABOUT THE ARTIST Edgar Brandt was one of the leading metallurgists of the 1920s. He was a highly regarded artist who completed numerous projects. Art Deco floor lamps in the typical Edgar Brandt style were produced some 20 to 30 years after the original lamps had continually beaten record prices at international auctions.
