Stamped JC Ellaume and JME on the top right-hand crosspiece. Pyrenean red marble top. Louis XV period H: 85 - W: 88 - D: 49 cm (Slightly worn veneer) Cabinetmaker awarded the title of Master in Paris on November 6, 1754. Documents of the period often refer to him as Allaume. Many pieces of furniture bear his stamp. Most are Louis XV commodes.
