A unique and historic panel that hung on the head office of a circle that defended the interests of several hundred Luxembourgers living in the Belgian Congo and dates from the period of its existence between 1951 and 1954. This association was created in 1951, following a split with the Cercle Colonial Luxembourgeois (created in 1925), then reunited on February 21, 1954 with the Cercle Colonial Luxembourgeois to create a new structure called Luxembourg Outre-Mer (LUXOM), 46 x 28 cm
