Maße: ca. 9,5 x 5 cm; 7 x 4 cm und 9,5 x 4,5 cm. Auf allen sign.: LEA STEIN PARIS. Zustand: Guter Erhaltungszustand. Lea Stein ist eine französische Designerin, die vor allem für ihre farbenfrohen, grafischen Modeschmuck-Broschen bekannt wurde. Ihre Broschen bestehen aus vielen dünnen Schichten - manchmal bis zu 50 -, die in einem langen Laminierungsprozess miteinander verschmolzen werden. Eingearbeitete Materialien wie Spitze, Brokat, Stoff, Metall, Perlmutt und andere dekorative Elemente werden häufig zwischen den Schichten eingebettet, um irisierende, schlangenhautartige, mosaikartige oder schildpattähnliche Effekte zu erzeugen.
