Luyken invenit et fecit". At the lower part inscribed in the printing plate: "VI De Moordt der Spanjaerden te Naerden geschiedt den eersten van December in den Jaare 1572". The paper is discoloured due to age. The sheet is pale foxing. Occasional bumping along the sheet edges. The corners of the sheet are slightly bumped and creased. The paper is slightly creased in places. The image makes a good impression. Occasional minimal holes due to silverfish damage. The sheet comes from a book and was folded vertically across the centre. There is still an adhesive strip on the reverse which secured the sheet in the book.
