VITA: Born in Nuremberg in 1956. 1978-84 Studied painting, art history and theatre studies at the University of Munich. 1984-87 goldsmith apprenticeship with Peter Maciuga. 1987 diploma. Lives and works from 1988 to 90 in Gargnano / Italy and Munich, from 1992 to 93 in San Rocco a Pilli / Siena and Munich, from 1994 to 99 in Cassagnes and Labastide du Vert / France and since 1999 in Villa/Gargnano, Italy and Munich. Since 2001 production and installation of projects in the premises of a former grocery shop in Villa/Gargnano. Co-founder of the artist group La Tenda Rossa.
