Arsenal | Kiev III 1950 Estimate: € 1,600–1,800 Year: 1950 SN: 50319 Condition: B+ English: Exceptionally early Kiev III from the first small Arsenal production of 1950, fitted with a matching 1950-dated SK (Sonnar Krasnogorsk) 2/5cm lens no.5002395. Early Kiev III cameras of this period retain numerous constructional features inherited directly from the pre-war Zeiss Ikon Contax III and were produced before regular large-scale manufacture began in 1952. The close correspondence between camera and lens makes this a particularly desirable early original combination. * Fully Taxed Deutsch: Außerordentlich frühe Kiev III aus der ersten kleinen Arsenal-Fertigung von 1950, mit passendem, ebenfalls auf 1950 datiertem SK (Sonnar Krasnogorsk) 2/5cm Nr.5002395.
