Schongauer, Martin Die Gefangennahme Christi. Kupferstich. 16,7 x 11,9 cm. B. 10, Lehrs V, S. 128, 20, Hollstein 20. Wz. Hohe Krone (Lehrs 18). Ganz ausgezeichneter, zart toniger Druck, vor allem in den Schattenpartien schön kräftig. Bis auf bzw. teils minimal knapp innerhalb der Plattenkante beschnitten. Unbedeutend angestaubt, die Einfassunglinie teilweise in schwarzer Feder nachgezogen, unmerkliche Ausbesserungen in den unteren Ecken, womöglich eine weitere kleine Ausbesserung im Bereich der Einfassungslinie unterhalb des Handgelenks des liegenden Schergen, verso Spuren eines Gegendruckes, ebenda Montierungsreste in den Ecken, sonst sehr schönes Exemplar.
