Albuminabzug, Negativnummer des Künstlers im Bild und auf der Rückseite beschriftet, Etikett unter dem Bild mit Beschriftung und Datumsangabe in Tinte. Bild: 19,7 x 23,2 cm; Montage: 26,2 x 33,7 cm Herkunft: Ehemalige Sammlung Maurice Levert. Dieser Abzug stammt aus dem Atelierbestand von Disdéri, der von General Rebora vor der Vernichtung gerettet und seinem Freund, dem Sammler Maurice Levert, geschenkt wurde. Die Negative sind verschwunden. Im Jahr 1854 erfand Disdéri das Visitenkartenformat. Die Besonderheit dieses Bestands liegt darin, dass es sich nicht um ein kleines, auf Karton aufgezogenes Bild handelt, wie es an Kunden verkauft wurde, sondern um eine vollständige Platte mit allen 8 Ansichten.
