It is believed that Picasso’s late delivery delayed the entire project by several years. - The prints are housed in folded protective tissues and include three double-leaves (title page, table of contents, and edition note, one of which is blank), loose in the original wrapper featuring an etching on the lid (see above) and the original cloth case (with two title labels). The spine of the cassette is faded; the inside of the cassette cover has heavy foxing. - The text pages have some foxing; the prints by Arp and Giacometti have 2-3 tiny spots of foxing along the edges.
