Bauhaus - Karl Peter Röhl. Fünf Radierungen. 1912. Ca. 30 : 19 cm. Alle zweifach signiert und datiert, alle mit »Probedruck« bezeichnet. Ausrufzeit : ca. 12:39 (Zeitplan ohne Gewähr) Frühe graphische Arbeiten des Kieler Künstlers, der sich 1912-1914 erstmals in Weimar aufhielt und an der Großherzoglich-Sächsischen Kunstschule u. a. bei Walter Klemm studierte. Nach Kriegsende kehrte er 1919 nach Weimar zurück, studierte am dort neugegründeten Bauhaus und entwarf dessen erstes Signet, das »Sternenmännchen«. - Die Radierungen auf festem Velin. - Jeweils direkt unter der Platte mit Bleistift signiert, datiert und als »Probedruck« bezeichnet, am Unterrand nochmals in Tinte signiert und datiert. - In Passepartouts, diese lose in schwarzer Halbledermappe mit vergoldetem Rückentitel »Carl Peter Röhl / Graphik«, angefertigt in der Werkstatt Otto Dorfner. 25,0 : 32,5 cm. (Mappe).
