The architectural style and vegetation suggest a region in South Tyrol or Italy. The precise lines and accurate rendering of architectural details suggest a travelling architect of the late 19th century. Slightly browned along the edges and slightly bumped in places. There is minimal damage along the left edge of the sheet, presumably from the page being detached from a book binding. The image makes a perfect impression. The corners of the sheet are slightly bumped, creased and partly torn.
