In the foreground, two trolls, dwarfs or human-like goblins are chained to a pole with a pallet on top on which some boyish figures or putti are dancing and playing music. In the background is a knight on a horse and a nobleman rowing a lady across a lake to an old castle. The sheet is discoloured due to its age and slightly soiled in places. Pale foxing and faint browning along the edges. Damaged along the edges in places by slight creases and bump marks. There are small marginal tears along the lower edge of the sheet.
