Jean Popsel (1720–?) „Kommode im Stil Ludwigs XVI.“, Intarsien und Marmorplatte. 18. Jahrhundert. Kommode mit zwei Schubladen und einer Marmorplatte. Reich verziert mit floralen Intarsien und geometrischen Mustern. Mit Bronzebeschlägen versehen. Signiert „J. Popsel“ unterhalb des Marmors sowie mit der Markierung „JME“ für „Jurande des Menuisiers-Ebenistes“. Jean Popsel wurde 1755 als „Maître ébéniste“ anerkannt. Frankreich, 18. Jahrhundert.
