ALTER HAMMERKOPF Handgeschmiedeter Werkzeugkopf aus Eisen mit länglicher Form, der in der Mitte schmaler wird und über eine ovale Bohrung zur Aufnahme des Holzstiels verfügt. Die beiden leicht ausgestellten Enden weisen unterschiedliche Querschnitte auf: Das eine ist flacher, das andere massiver, was auf eine doppelte Verwendungsfunktion hindeutet. Die unregelmäßig gehämmerte Oberfläche zeigt eine dunkle, körnige Patina, die für altes Eisen charakteristisch ist, sowie Oxidationsspuren, die von seinem Alter zeugen. Handwerklich geschmiedet, ohne Verzierungen, nach traditionellen Techniken des Schmiedeeisens gefertigt. Maße: 22,5 x 4,5 cm – Gesamtlänge: 26,5 cm
