1042 - Sculpture ''Hahn''

Vente terminée

Sculpture ''Hahn'' Sculpture ''Rooster'' Jan Fisar (1933 in Horovice, Czechoslovakia - 2010) Lowered hollow glass, cut and polished, painted, burned-in decals, cast bronze parts, metal base. In diamond inscribation: Jan Fisar 89. H. 40.5 cm; W. 51 cm. Unlike most other Czech glass artists, Jan Fisar completed a classical sculptural education; this is still clearly visible in his glass objects. Some of his objects consisted of intricate compositions of sunken, sunken and ground hollow glass, a technique that is unique in the world. The non-committal design of his "baroque" glass sculptures convinced with the consistency of expression and the originality of the dynamics. With his work, he printed philosophical messages on the one hand, and on the other hand, he solved unique technological problems with them. Lit.: E. Stölting, Jan Fisar, p. 54 ff.
