The watch manufacturer Fabrique d'Horlogerie SA Nivia was founded in 1918 by Marc Viatte and Raoul Guenin in Biel/Bienne. Nivia produced wristwatches and chronographs, using well-known Swiss movement ébauches. The company’s heyday and main period of activity spanned the 1930s to the 1970s. Although production under this name has ceased, vintage Nivia watches are now highly sought after by collectors for their quality. Case: very good. Dial: very good.
