Iwan Fedorowitsch Erzunow war ein in Moskau tätiger russischer Ikonenmaler des ausgehenden 19. und frühen 20. Jahrhunderts. Er ist archivalisch als Moskauer Zunft-Ikonenmaler nachgewiesen. 1903 erhielt er unter anderem einen umfangreichen Auftrag zur Ausführung von Ikonen für die Ikonostase des Selenginsker Dreifaltigkeitsklosters.
