Lehnbrief für Henning Friedrich Oehlmann 'als Aeltesten' und weitere Familienmitglieder sowie Belehnung über den 'halben Zehndten zu Stedder'.- Verso handschriftlich betitelt 'Lehn Brief de Anno 1774 über den halben Stedder Zehndten pro die Oehlmänner'.- Mit Kordel für das anzuhängende Siegel (Siegel hier nicht dabei). Papierbefestigung der Kordel etwas sporfleckig.
